Ricoh förlänger avtalet med Women’s British Open till minst 2016
London, 12 September 2012, Ricoh, global technology and document services expert, today signed an agreement which confirms that it will continue as title sponsor of the Ricoh Women’s British Open until at least the 2016 Championship, and the ten year anniversary from its first participation in 2007. Ricoh will also continue to support the tournament organisers with its document services, which it ensures are carbon neutral through its Sustainability Optimisation Programme. The announcement confirms the importance and strength of the Championship and the relationship between the primary stakeholders Ricoh, the Ladies Golf Union and IMG.

Ricoh has certainly lived up to this tagline bringing its imagination together with the LGU and IMG to collectively, change, grow and enhance the Ricoh Women’s British Open.

The Ricoh Women’s British Open was founded by the LGU in 1976 and is staged in conjunction with IMG, the world’s largest sports marketing company. The event has been co-sanctioned by the LPGA and LET since 1994 and gained Major status in 2001.
