Management changes at PayEx

On 1 October, Jonas Lagerstedt becomes an active member of the board and Raymond Klavestad becomes the new CEO of PayEx.

Jonas Lagerstedt, CEO of PayEx, is moving to a more active role on the board of directors on 1 October 2012, with continued responsibility for company strategy and structural issues. Raymond Klavestad is taking over the role of CEO.

Currently Business Area Manager Mobile, in his new role Raymond Klavestad will take on responsibility for operations at PayEx. Raymond has been with the group for 12 years, and has been working on payment solutions since 1983. He will continue to be stationed in Norway.

"We on the board have come to the conclusion that the company is at a stage where PayEx requires both active governance and a continuing strong focus on operational issues. This change will achieve that," says Jonas Lagerstedt.
