CERTEX launches Lifting KnowHow app for iPhone and iPad

CERTEX is now launching an app filled with a variety of useful features to facilitate the implementation of safe lifting:

• Load Tables for different items

• Tools to measure lift angles

• Brief instructions for safe use of shackles and round slings

• Built-in GPS function to locate the nearest CERTEX office

In addition to this, the app also includes Crosby''s famous Sling Calculator with Sling Tension Calculators, Center of Gravity Calculators, End Weights, Pallet, Volume and Weights Calculators.

The app can be used on your iPad as well as your iPhone. The app has a separate, appropriately scaled interface for each device, so the iPad interface isn''t just a pixilated version of what you will see on the iPhone.

CERTEX provide a free download of the upp until July 16, then the price will be € 8.99.
