Medeso chosen by Metso as partner for delivery and implementation of strategic simulation platform

Metso, a global supplier of technology and services for the mining, construction and pulp and paper industries, amongst others, chose Medeso as its partner for their new engineering simulation platform.

Metso has made the decision to standardize its simulation platform in order to increase simulation efficiency globally. After an extensive evaluation of different vendors and their offerings, Metso chose ANSYS since their products offer both outstanding depth and breadth in all simulation disciplines. Furthermore, ANSYS was able to supply local support in all countries needed, either via local ANSYS offices and/or local channel partners.

Metso will continue to co-operate with local suppliers of
ANSYS software and related services but chooses Medeso as its preferred partner in the Nordic region for simulation methodology, training and licensing solutions.For some time now, Metso has standardized its simulation platform, thus facilitating co-operation for all development centers worldwide.
