AWILCO-MULTIPLEX presents … FRIWO USB power supplies for universal use

The new USB power supply line enriches FRIWO's portfolio: GPP and PP USBs enable the user to computer-independently operate and charge USB devices around the world. Due to their compact design and ultra-light weight (PP 34 g, GPP 50 g) these power supplies are particularly qualified for travelling.

Both units have an output of 5 V/700 mA and a widerange input (90 - 264V) for global use. With its interchangeable primary plugs the GPP USB offers the highest flexibility. The PP USB is available for Europe, USA/Japan and Great Britain.

All power supplies are current limited, voltage regulated and sustained short circuit-proof. Due to the standby losses of less than 0.3 Watts and to an efficiency rate of 70 %, the units comply with the EuP guideline step 2. The GPP USB is also recommended for medical purposes since it complies with the medical standard IEC 60601-1.

Typical applications for USB power supplies are cordless communication, digital cameras, PDAs, MP3 players, e-books or home appliances.
