FRIWO GPP6 power supplies in compliance with EuP guideline (step 2)

The GPP6 marks a new category of FRIWO's successful GPP platform. Like the already established units GPP10 (10 Watts) and GPP18 (18 Watts) the new GPP6 (6 Watts) also comes with an interchangeable primary plug system and a wide-range input of 90 - 264 V AC which qualifies the power supply for worldwide use (GPP -> global power plug). Its compact design and ultra-light weight qualifies the power supply for mobile applications.

To serve the most individual applications the GPP6 line comes with outputs of 5V, 6V, 7.5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 18V and 24V. Customized outputs or special cables are, of course, also offered.

Due to the standby losses of E 0.3 Watts and the high efficiency rate of 80 %, the units comply with the EuP guideline step 2. All power supplies are current limited, voltage regulated and sustained short circuit-proof. The GPP6 can also be supplied for medical purposes since it complies with the medical standard IEC 60601-1.

Typical applications for GPP6 power supplies are digital cameras, bluetooth appliances, electronic cash systems, laboratory equipment or patient monitoring.
