Koskisen delivered plywoods to Poland’s pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo
The Shanghai World Expo will be organized May 1st to October 31st, 2010. Koskisen had the pleasure to deliver plywood to Poland’s pavilion that will serve as a concert hall.
The theme of the Shanghai World Expo is “Better City, Better Life”. It will be the biggest world expo in history with already 185 countries and 46 international organizations as confirmed participants. The hosts’ target is to have 70 million visitors at the expo.
Koskisen had the pleasure to deliver plywood to Poland’s pavilion that will serve as a concert hall. The delivery was very demanding, because the order of over 100 cubes required over 1000 different machinings. The picture above shows the versatility of the flower-like machinings. The delivery of the plywood to Shanghai was made in the beginning of October.
– It was a great honour for us to show our knowledge of plywood and make the delivery to Poland’s pavilion. The products are now already on their way to Shanghai. It will be very exciting to see the concert hall, covered with our plywood, in action, says Slawomir Brzozka, Manager of Koskisen Representative Office in Poland.
