Price increase for engineered materials in Europe

PolyOne Corporation today announced that will increase prices up to 10% on certain European Engineered Materials product lines. This price increase is to offset the impact of higher energy and raw material costs.

Pricing changes will be differentiated to reflect the unique manufacturing, technology, and delivery requirements of each engineered material product line. Price adjustments will be effective from 2nd January 2007.

As always, PolyOne continues its efforts to provide higher-value products and innovative solutions and services to customers. During 2006, a record number of new patent applications were filed and several new programs were introduced. These innovations will help to make their customers’ business more competitive and profitable.
