SMD Flat Wire Inductor WE-HCB
In addition to the product family WE-HC, Würth Elektronik developed the SMD Flat Wire Inductor WE-HCB. The WE-HCB differs from the previous WE-HC family by its core material.

The magnetically shielded high current inductor has a footprint of 18.3x18.2x8.9 mm and the inductance values ranges from 1.9 µH to 6.8 µH.

Continuous currents >40 A and very low DC tolerances of ±8 % are additional characteristics. The operating temperature of the WE-HCB ranges between -40°C and +125 °C.

Typical applications for high current inductors are DC/DC converters and filter applications.

Conductive Shielding Gaskets Stampings for 9 ~ 37-pin for D-Sub Connectors
New product in the area of EMC Shielding Materials. Würth Elektronik offers an effective and fast mountable EMC protection between interface plugs mounted to the circuit board and housing.

The conductive shielding gasket is a PU sponge core (elastomer) covered with electro conductive fabric.

Due to the high conductivity of the Ni/Cu fabric and the conductive adhesive, the WE-LTS stampings reach an excellent shielding effectiveness and offers more than 80 dB @ 100 MHz.

The stampings achieve a surface resistance of 0.11 Ω/cm² typ, and a volume resistance of 0.03 Ω/cm³. The operating temperature of the WE-LTS stampings ranges between -25 °C and +80 °C.

Fixing of STAR-TEC Snap Ferrites
The STAR-CLIP (image) was delveloped especially for subsequent assembling of the Snap Ferrite family STAR-TEC.

With the STAR-CLIP the pre-fixing of the clip and the later assembling of the Snap Ferrite is possible.

The clip consists of PA 6 UL 94 V-O and can be used by an operating temperature from -25°C to +125 °C.
