IAR Systems appoints Matthias Stumpf as Managing Director for Central Europe
Experienced software sales and marketing professional to drive embedded tools growth in Central Europe, with focus on developing vertical markets and relationships with Eastern Europe
IAR Systems today announced that it has appointed Matthias Stumpf as Managing Director for Central Europe, with responsibility for all sales, marketing and operational activities in Central Europe. Stumpf’s main role at IAR Systems is to establish a proven key account management and generate broader awareness of the company in Central Europe. He will also work to target the company’s vertical markets in the automotive, industrial automation, telecom, consumer and medical sectors, developing new partnerships to provide innovative solutions and services to a wide range of customers.

Stumpf will also focus on strengthening operational and strategic management practices between the Central European markets with those of Eastern Europe, with the goal of increasing the company’s market penetration.

A 40-year-old computer scientist, Matthias Stumpf, joins IAR Systems from iSYSTEM where he was Key Account Sales Manager. Prior to joining iSYSTEM, he held various management positions at Wind River and QNX Software Systems.
