Hydrogen peroxide solution for aseptic filling technology
Interox® AG Dual: The "One fits all" H2O2 for spray and bath technologies
Interox® AG Dual can be used in both types of aseptic filling technologies: bath / immersion or spray technology. This new product combines the demand of spray machines for a low dry residue together with an excellent stability for bath / immersion systems.
Our new product is approved by leading companies supplying equipment for aseptic filling of paperboard packaging and plastic bottles.
With Interox® AG Dual, you have the opportunity to use a single Hydrogen Peroxide quality for all your aseptic filling equipment allowing easier logistics such as a single storage and dosing facility.
Interox® AG Spray 35S: The high performance H2O2 dedicated to spray technology
Interox® AG Spray 35S is a high purity, low residue, lightly stabilised peroxide formulation developed for spray- and mist- type aseptic filling equipment. The high purity of the product minimises residue build-up on spray or mist nozzles and heaters. Benefits include reduced machine down-time and maintenance costs and the opportunity to increase intervals between machine cleaning.
A more dilute version containing 25%w/w hydrogen peroxide is also available as Interox® AG Spray 25S for machines where this concentration is specified.
Interox® AG Bath 35S: The high performance H2O2 dedicated to bath technology
Interox® AG Bath 35S is a high purity, low residue peroxide formulation specially stabilised for high temperature applications like bath / immersion - type aseptic filling. The high purity minimises residue build-up on the machine rollers and in the spray nozzles used for machine sterilisation, resulting in reduced machine maintenance requirements. The stabilisation resists decomposition and maintains a stable and effective concentration of H2O2 in the high temperature machine bath during processing. Stability is maintained for a minimum of 1 week operation. A further benefit is that the increase in H2O2 strength which normally takes place in high speed machines due to evaporation is reduced.
