Information about change in management within Valbruna Nordic AB

The present Managing Director, Stig Holmström, will retire as per 1 July 2009 and will stay as a board member of the Company.

The shareholders meeting of 31 March and the Board of Directors have also decided of an internal settlement as following:

• Torbjörn Nilsson has been appointed as new Managing Director from 1 July 2009. He will also remain responsible for Finance and IT.
• Henrik Bjergestam will take the position as Market and Sales Manager for Sweden and Finland.
• Bruno Kreuer will take the position as Market and Sales Manager for Norway, Denmark and other countries.
• Bruno Kreuer and Henrik Bjergestam will also be commercial responsible for Group external product purchase.
• Helena Wangsten will take the position as Logistical and Purchase Manager which includes also Forwarding and logistical aspects of the warehouse operation.
• Staffan Thureson holds the position as Warehouse Manager since August 2007.
• Susanne Nilsson holds the position as Quality Manager and Technical Department.

The persons above will be members of the Management Team and we think that you already are familiar with at least some of them. The change has been prepared during a longer period as the persons above to a high degree have worked operationally in these roles. The Chairman and the other board members are unchanged and represent as before the owner of the Company – Acciaierie Valbruna S.P.A.
